Everesports Donates to Support Kaohsiung Explosion Disaster Relief

 

Before dawn on August 1st, a series of flammable gas leak in the streets of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, caused several massive explosions and horrifying scenes. The explosions’ astonishing destructive power has resulted in serious deaths and injuries. Taiwan Central News Agency reported, Kaohsiung gas explosion accidents caused heavy casualties. According to figures compiled by Taiwan Central Disaster Emergency Operation Center, this accident has killed 28 people and injured 292 others. Among the injured, 167 have already been discharged from hospitals, while 125 are still being treated in hospitals.

 

After the gas explosion occurred in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, the hearts of Taiwanese businessmen in mainland China are deeply affected. Everesports Chairman Jack Lin, was born and raised in Kaohsiung. On behalf of himself and Everesports, he expressed deep sorrow and grief over the tragic incident in Kaohsiung and announced to donate 1 million Yuan to the victims of gas pipeline blasts for purchasing relief supplies and rescue work. At the same time, we gave our deepest sympathy and sincerest condolence to the Taiwan compatriots that unfortunately died in gas explosions and their families.
